About Haidee

Haidee has nearly a decade of experience in the legal industry, across personal injury, immigration and criminal defense. Through all of it, her mission has stayed the same: help people through some of the hardest moments of their lives, and make sure they feel supported, informed and confident at every step.

What she values most is being part of a team that stands up for people in difficult times. That goes beyond her work. She has served on the Aurora Municipal Court Judicial Performance Commission, and she has volunteered in hospitals and as a victim advocate, helping people facing trauma navigate complex systems and find the resources they need.

Her well rounded experience helps support DeChant Law by developing standard operating procedures (SOP) and systems to ensure clients are kept informed, attorneys and paralegals are held to the high standards of DeChant Law, and is constantly finding ways to better the client experience for those who trust us with their case.

Role at DeChant Law

As Operations Manager, Haidee strengthens how the team works together, improves workflows, and shapes the client experience across the firm. She works directly with clients and staff to find what can work better, then builds the processes that make it happen. Her background in operations, marketing, client relations and business development helps the firm grow while keeping the client at the center.
