Desirea Bryant
Desirea Bryant is a senior paralegal and case manager at DeChant Law, playing a central role in guiding clients from onboarding through resolution of their case. Once a client retains the firm, Desirea leads the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into representation and serving as a consistent point of contact throughout the life of the case.
With over a decade of criminal defense experience, Desirea supports attorneys through meticulous case management, in-depth legal research, and litigation support. She works closely with both clients and counsel to keep cases organized, deadlines met, and strategies properly executed as matters progress through the Colorado court system.
Prior to joining DeChant Law, Desirea spent more than ten years at the Colorado State Public Defender’s Office as a legal administrator. In that role, she supported teams of criminal defense attorneys while managing the logistics of hundreds of felony cases at any given time. Her experience provided her with a deep understanding of criminal procedure, court operations, and the practical realities defendants face.
Desirea graduated with honors from Rasmussen University with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies. She has worked as a paralegal on defense teams handling cases ranging from DUI to homicide, contributing to favorable outcomes through thorough preparation and attention to detail.
